Join this special guest teacher as she leads you through the magical practice of yin yoga. Yin yoga is a complementary yoga practice to a power vinyasa practice as it gives as it gives the body time to access a safe and positive stress release as postures are passively held for 3-5 minutes. Physically it restores mobility of the joints while energetically it works with the meridian system, enhancing energetic flow while supporting emotional equilibrium.
