Join us for Yoga Nidra  —  a form of meditation done lying down. When the body is deeply relaxed it allows our inner wisdom to awaken. The practice can also help us to tap our creative nature – whether for artistic expression or creative problem solving! Moving into this state helps to heal the physical body and supports the immune system. This is truly yoga for everyone. We begin with easy stretches and then settle into stillness on the floor with bolsters and blankets for support. $20 pp or 2 for $30. Bring a friend to this powerful meditation practice.
